Jim Beatty

Mr. Beatty has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. He is particularly skilled in the planning and analysis required to meet Corporate goals. He has the Project Management planning skills to meet commitments and bring the projects in on time, and on budget. He is a hands-on person with installation experience in all areas of both wire line and wireless distribution.

Prior to joining Widelity, Mr. Beatty served as Senior Project Manager with Verilink Corporation, responsible for the successful turn up of DACS units in Verizon CO’s while developing site survey programs and managing OSP activities nationwide.

He has served as the Technology Deployment Manager with XO Communications for the Deployment of Wireless communications in Philadelphia, Pa. And was a leader in establishing sites during the Disaster Recovery Project with teams working with the 9/11 communications recovery for southern Manhattan. Prior experiences are with Lucent Technologies as a Senior Technical Project Manager for large Customer PBX installations, AT&T as a Staff Manager for the Tri State Area VP responsible for budgets and results, and Bell of PA Services Manager.

Nilanthi Beekhuysen

Ms. Beekhuysen has over fifteen years of Radio Frequency (RF) design and support Engineering. She has provided network solutions for major wireless carriers, government clients and private utility clients. Ms. Beekhuysen has extensive experience in the design and deployment of Point-to-point microwave network design as well as regulatory expertise.

Prior to joining Widelity she worked at FiberTower Corporation where she was a senior Radio Frequency Engineer designing microwave networks and performing frequency coordination services. She has worked at Comsearch as a senior Point to Point engineer for microwave paths, spectrum management and FCC filings.

Ms. Beekhuysen has a MS, Electrical Engineering from George Washington University, Washington, DC and a BS, Electrical Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park, MD

Sherrol Bramwell

Ms. Bramwell has over 30 years of project management, logistics support, and financial management experience. She has worked in a variety of commercial and government environments, both in the US and abroad.

She has provided project coordination/management and financial, budget tracking, database and project creation services for clients in a variety of industries.

Ms. Bramwell specializes in business and technology consulting. Her areas of expertise include: project management, accounting and finance, budget management, business process re-engineering, requirements analysis, logistics management and solutions implementation.

John Buckholz 

Mr. Buckholz has over twenty-five years of Information Technology experience, including fifteen years within the telecommunications industry.  Since starting his career as a Management Consultant for eight years with Accenture, Mr. Buckholz has been the Executive Officer in charge of worldwide IT and telecommunications functions at three different global organizations, most recently at LCC International, which maintains offices in 22 countries throughout the world.
 
Mr. Buckholz has significant experience in a number of IT areas, including global business systems implementations, cloud computing, voice and data network infrastructure, international statutory requirements, and corporate governance.  In addition to assisting clients with the development and implementation of strategic IT initiatives, Mr. Buckholz has been instrumental in further automating Widelity’s core business processes in order to incorporate the latest industry best practices and to ensure compliance with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirements.
 
Mr. Buckholz earned an MBA from Clarkson University and bachelor degrees in Economics and Mathematics/Computer Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Scott Chambers

Mr. Chambers has over 20 years of experience in large logistics organizations. He specializes in strategic planning, program management, supply chain management, financial management, and construction management.

Prior to joining Widelity, Mr. Chambers was a Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Commander managing four end-to-end supply chains valued at over $14B in sales.

He was the Ogden Air Logistics Center Air Base Wing Commander installation and logistics responsibilities valued at $4.2B supporting five Air Force Wings and 46 associate units with over 24,000 people.

Mr. Chambers has a Master of Science Public Administration, Central Michigan University a Bachelor of Science Engineering, University of California at Northridge, Business Acumen, University of Michigan, Senior Developmental Education, RAND Fellowship.

He is a member of the Air Force Association, Logistics Office Association, National defense Transportation Association.

Christopher Cather

Mr. Cather is a certified tower climber. He has experience in Electronics Engineering Technology. Prior to joining Widelity he was a Customs Protection Officer. Christopher was an armorer in the US Marine Corps.

He is working on his Associate’s Degree in Computer Electronics Engineering and Technology from the ITT Technical Institute.

John Davidson

Mr. Davidson is a certified tower climber with experience in electronics. He has worked in telecom construction and electrical installation work.

He has bachelor of Computer and Information Science from ECPI University and is working toward a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.

Rick Echard

Mr., Echard has over 20 years of management experience. He specializes in services that integrate within diverse fields including wireless voice and data, construction and renovation project management, manufacturing, business development, and customer service. At Widelity, Mr. Echard specializes in National Field Operations in complex deployment situations.

Prior to joining Widelity, he specialized in providing construction, project management and administration services to builders and private investors for development, new construction and renovation.

He has a BA rom Plymouth State College in Management and Marketing.

Joel Gerstein

Mr. Gerstein has over 25 years of experience in the IT field, with 20 years of concentration in the wireless telecommunication sector.  He has a track record of leading edge work in the following disciplines: wireless telecommunications, federal civilian (Dept of Education, Dept of Energy, FAA), federal defense (Army, Navy, Marine), e-commerce, and Internet registry infrastructure.  Mr. Gerstein has lead multiple geographically diverse teams in full life cycle software development efforts, always delivering successful solutions to meet each clients unique requirements.

Mr. Gerstein has both a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Information Technology from George Washington University..

Sandra Haas, PMP

Ms. Haas has over fifteen years of experience in telecommunications project management working with various departments including Sales, Operations, Engineering and Construction. She is an expert planner with superior organizational, interpersonal, analytical and negotiating abilities.

Sandra has managed a number of large metro deployments in major markets including New York, Boston, and Washington DC. Her responsibilities included oversight of vendors performing site due diligence, site acquisition, A&E, construction services and site commissioning.

Prior to joining Widelity, Ms. Haas worked at FiberTower Corporation where she was a Director, Program Management overseeing major market deployments. Previously, she was employed by RCN as a Project Manager responsible for the deployment of telephony services in New York City and for the build out of the RCN New York fiber optic network.

Ms. Haas has a B.A. Psychology from Cambridge College Cambridge, MA 1997 and received her PMP certification from New York University.

Sam Hariton

Mr. Hariton is a multi-talented project manager with a wide breadth of industry experience including carrier network deployment, spectrum regulation, tower assets, and data analytics/visualization. His recent accomplishments include project managed 188 Stimulus Grant Applications including network ring design for over 4000 markets, as well as designing, programming and managing a spectrum GIS Analysis tool to reduce initial acquisition qualification from 2 days to 30 minutes.  Sam has lived in California and Massachusetts as well as in Europe in Luxembourg and England and now lives in Northern Virginia in the greater DC Metro area.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Brandeis University.Gravesat 

Deborah Harkus

Ms. Harkus is a multi-skilled manager, with 15 years of telecommunications industry experience with a focus on network engineering, deployment and operations. Deborah combines strong planning, organization and communication skills with a proven ability to execute on time and within budget.

She holds a BA in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University and an Engineering MS in Technical Communication from the University of Washington. Deborah has a Project Management Certificate from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Brian Harper

Mr. Harper has over 20 years of technology and business experience. He has an extensive sonar military background as well as logistics planning and business management.

Prior to joining Widelity, Brian was the Small Business Manager of Handi-Label where he was involved in all aspects of the business.

He is a certified tower climber.

Michael Hudson

Mr. Hudson is a telecommunications professional with over 22 years of experience building and managing large teams in complex environments. He has strategic and tactical experience in entrepreneurial companies in development, engineering, operations, and national network buildouts. He has experience in all aspects of fiber, microwave and satellite communications design, implementation and operations.

Prior to joining Widelity he worked at FiberTower Corporation as an engineering manager where he designed and managed 3,000 microwave links in 11 markets. He was a RF design and deployment engineer at SOMA Networks. At Teligent he was a Senior Implementation Engineer. He served in the US Army Signal Corps as a Staff Sergeant – Microwave/Satellite Maintainer and Operator.

Charlie Mangum

Mr. Mangum's career spans more than 25 years and just about all segments of the telecommunications industry; satellite, cellular, PCS, microwave, LAN/WAN, etc.  His previous positions include design and deployment of satellite networks at GTE Spacenet, cellular and microwave networks at Hughes Network Systems and LAN/WAN networks at Education Networks of America.  In addition to design and deployment duties Mr. Mangum provides project management and construction management support for all Widelity projects.
 
Mr. Mangum's broad knowledge/experience base and attention to detail combined with a thoroughness in all of his work is a unique quality.  He is one of those difficult to find senior wireless engineers/managers who understands RF, data communications, and the practical know-how of implementation. He's always willing to go the extra mile to complete the task at hand.  His integrity and commitment to the mission is an example to and motivates fellow team members..

Tim Marshall

Mr. Marshall is a skilled and versatile professional with broad technical and business management experience with over 12 years of experience in the development and deployment of broadband wireless technologies, both fixed and mobile.

Prior to joining Widelity, Mr. Marshall served as Director, Global Project Office for Airvana, Inc. overseeing the implementation of 3G technologies including femtocells and fixed-mobile-convergence core network equipment. In this post Mr. Marshall oversaw multiple concurrent technical trials and new product introductions with tier 1 mobile operators around the world.

Mr. Marshall has held key technical management positions with Advanced Radio Telecom Corp., a broadband fixed wireless technology service provider utilizing 39 GHz spectrum, and AT&T Wireless, Aviation Communication Division. Mr. Marshall has also been a key contributor to start-up ventures in mobile TV/merged media (CTB Networks), IPTV content delivery (Broadstream Communications) and broadband fixed wireless equipment (Maxband Partners).

He has a BS, Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR. Is is also a graduate of the Executive Development Program, University of Washington, Seattle, WA

Steve Martinez

Mr. Martinez is a senior professional with solid history of effective planning, deployment, and operations of sophisticated network solutions. He has extensive direct customer experience, with multiple industry involvement including carriers and corporate clients. He is PMP certified. Fluent in English and Spanish. With a well-developed knowledge of Portuguese.

Prior to joining Widelity Mr. Martinez was a Director at StarVox where he managed complex IP telephony and bandwidth projects for a variety of corporate clients. He was a Sr. Project Manager at Inner Wireless, Wireless Networks SME, World Wide Talk and Crown Castle.

He has a BSEE from the University of Central Florida

Mark Miller

Mr. Miller has over 25 years of experience in engineering organizations. He has implemented business process and systems to effectively plan and manage sites and capital on a national level. He has experience with telecom deployment programs, software development, IP and product development, outsourcing strategy /implementation, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining Widelity, Mr. Miller was with Fixed Wireless Associates where he was a National Program Manager for CBH Deployment. He has worked at FiberTower, Beratend, Diamondback International, Carter Burgess and MCI.

Rajiv Sharma

Mr. Sharma is a highly accomplished visionary leader with extensive domestic and international experience in planning, designing, project management, implementation and operations of networks using various technologies such as fiber optics, satellites and microwaves.

He has developed the Micro Wave Radio Business opportunities with large Carriers. Managed complex projects to include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring progress. Lead engineering and operation teams to design, plan and implement communications networks for voice and data.

Prior to joining Widelity, Mr. Sharma was the founder of Sansar Link where he where he specialized in consulting services for OEM, Business Development, Back haul solutions utilizing new generation MW radios for 4G networks. He was the head of engineering at SwissFone, and technical lead for engineering projects at Sprint.

Mr. Sharma has a Master in Engineering Administration, George Washington University, Washington, DC and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC

Pete Sternberg

Mr. Sternberg is a telecommunications professional with 20 years of engineering and planning experience in mobile and fixed wireless, as well as fiber-based networks.

He has an in depth understanding of RF design principles for WCDMA and all microwave technologies. He has direct management experience of the site acquisition and deployment process, including site standards and site development, installation, commissioning and site acceptance.

Prior to joining Widelity Mr. Sternberg was the Manager RF Planning at Terrestar where he was responsible for terrestrial WCMA local market planning and design. He was the Manager Network Planning at Nextlink and the Manager Network Planning at CSX Fiber Networks and the Manager Engineering at XO Communications
