Widelity adds Peter A. Deliso to Board of Advisors

Widelity, a leading provider of telecommunications consulting services, announced today that Peter Deliso has recently accepted a Widelity Board of Advisors position. Mr. Deliso has over 20 years of telecommunications experience.

Mr. Deliso currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of iFuze Wireless LLC, an emerging wireless broadband services provider, as well as a member of Executive Counsel PLC, an experienced team of senior legal professionals that provide ongoing legal services to small and mid-sized firms in a variety of industries including technology and telecommunications. Mr. Deliso brings over 20 years of experience to the Widelity team with over 18 years in the wireless industry. From 1994 to 2008, Mr. Deliso served in various executive leadership roles with LCC International, Inc., including as Interim Chief Executive Officer in 2005; Senior Vice President, New Ventures; and Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. While with LCC, Mr. Deliso led the company's legal and corporate development activities, including strategic acquisitions, and completed a number of transactions to expand the company's market presence, raise capital for expansion, and launch new offerings targeted to take advantage of emerging industry trends. Prior to LCC, Mr. Deliso served as Corporate Counsel with SkyTel, Inc., a pioneer in wireless data messaging, where he led the company's in-house legal efforts during a period of rapid growth and international expansion.
