About:  Gain has over three decades of Telecommunications and Information Technology management experience focusing on communications product development and services development & support. Prior to joining Widelity, Gain managed his own consulting firm serving clients in the voice and IP industries and headed Service Development for Cable & Wireless’ Global Markets division serving large multinational clients in North America, Europe, and Asia. He was responsible for overseeing the implementation of an integrated global network management platform.  Establishing and developing operations centers (NOCs) in Bangalore, India and Hong Kong, Gain’s team employed a global network management platform in support of Managed Network Services products successfully serving the United States, European and Asian markets. He has extensive experience in conceptualizing and developing managed services solutions from a client’s and vendor’s perspectives.  A service operations expert with a sound grasp of developing and integrating operations process development based on ITIL with OSS tools to enhance operations staff efficiency, he is well versed in all business elements required to achieve effective operations management.  Gain is also experienced in developing business continuity and disaster recovery models and plans.

Barry Graves

About:  Barry has over 25 years of experience in design and deployment of wireless communications systems including public safety 2-way radio, point-to-point broadband wireless, macro cellular networks, and in-building wireless distributed antenna systems. His experience includes R&D management, product management, network engineering, site acquisition, and construction.  His previous positions include Director of Engineering at InnerWireless, Director Broadband Wireless Engineering at XO Communications, Director Broadband Wireless Engineering at Nortel Networks, and Senior Product Manager at Nortel Networks.  Barry has significant international experience having completed in-building projects in China and Hong Kong. His career has also taken him to Singapore, Pakistan, Israel and several European locations.

About:  Michael has over thirty years of business management and consulting experience in the technology and communications industries. Prior to joining Widelity, Mike was the Managing Director of the Stargazer Foundation developing products and services for emergency responders.  Prior to Stargazer, he developed and launched, a joint venture of Cox Newspapers, Tribune Company, Knight-Ridder and Advance Publications. Mike also spent a number of years in television and satellite communications including time with Bell Atlantic Video Services overseeing the creation of interactive services, and managing the programming acquisition. He was Vice President of Programming at SKYPIX as well as the Director of Film Acquisition. at Showtime/The Movie Channel.

About:  Steve is a senior professional with over 25 years of experience in planning, deployment, and operations of wireless and core network solutions. He has extensive direct customer experience, with multiple industries including carriers and enterprise clients in domestic and international markets.  He is PMP certified, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Prior to joining Widelity, Steve was a Director at StarVox where he managed complex IP telephony and bandwidth projects for a variety of corporate clients. His previous experience includes Director at NORTEL, Network Deployment Director at MobileStar, Sr. Project Manager at Inner Wireless, World Wide Talk and Crown Castle.

Tim Morton

About:  Tim brings a unique combination of leadership and expertise in fixed wireless and space-based connectivity and location-based content/media network, platform and supply chain systems, engineering, and product development. This experience draws upon his corporate and venture finance experience as Managing Partner, Grove Capital and Bank of America/Montgomery Securities. In this capacity, Tim has originated, placed, and managed over $200MM in sell side private equity, institutional and venture financing, convertible debt, and alternative investment (SPAC, Pooled Equity, etc.) offerings. These capabilities are leveraged across Widelity’s broader set of relationships, providing corporate clients access to strategic advisory, operations and capital markets solutions.  Tim served as CEO /Founder FurnishNet, a leading vertical supply chain B2B platform which connected 1500+ supply chain partners, processed over $3B in purchase order volume through the acquisition by GE Retail Systems.  Tim has served on the Board of Directors of GE Retail Systems, FurnishNet, VisibleBrands and currently NXT Communications Corporation and serves as strategic advisor to OPNT, Inc. (Optical Positioning, Navigation and Timing).
