The Challenges

The FCC needed a clear, consistent framework to administer the $5.3 billion Supply Chain Reimbursement Program. The challenge involved defining the removal, replacement and disposal process, establishing standardized pricing, and developing tools capable of evaluating diverse real-world costs. Providers also faced significant administrative burden, unclear documentation standards, and extensive compliance requirements that risked delaying funding.

The Solutions

Widelity created the foundational study defining the removal, replacement, and disposal process, as well as the Cost Catalog that became the FCC’s official pricing and suitability standard, ensuring transparency and fairness across all reimbursement decisions. Our team developed user-friendly tools, guidance, and workflows that simplify documentation, reduce administrative overhead, and streamline FCC review. Beyond program design, we provide ongoing post-award support, helping service providers navigate compliance, respond to FCC inquiries, and complete reimbursement requests efficiently.

The Results

Our expertise helped the FCC establish a transparent, data-driven framework for managing $5.3 billion in reimbursements and empowered service providers to navigate it with confidence. Our Cost Catalog became the FCC’s trusted pricing reference, streamlining reviews and ensuring consistent, equitable funding decisions. Through our ongoing post-award support, clients have successfully secured hundreds of millions of dollars in reimbursements, with fewer delays, reduced administrative burden, and stronger compliance outcomes across the board.
